Cybernetic Interface System (CIS)
Quick-Start Sheet

for BioGraph
 

The Cybernetic Interface System (CIS) is a 3D graphics and virtual reality platform for BioGraph Infiniti.  It is used in conjunction with BioGraph and amplifiers made by Thought Technology.  It is not a stand-alone application.

BEFORE YOU START…

ü      You must be using BioGraph Infiniti 5.0.1 or newer.

ü      You should have these downloads:  CIS Setup, the CIS-enabled BioGraph training screens, and a CIS Suite for BioGraph.

START INSTALLATION.

1.      Run CIS Setup.

2.      Install the CIS-enabled BioGraph training screens for your amp.

3.      Install a CIS Suite for BioGraph.

AFTER INSTALLATION

Be sure CIS-enabled BioGraph training screens that support your preferred amplifier(s) are installed.  They can be found on in the folder named “redistributables” where the CIS was installed, and on the BeyondVR website (www.beyondvr.net).  If this step is not done, there is no way for BioGraph to control the CIS Suites.

Prepare the trainee as usual and start the training session, but be sure to use a CIS-enabled BioGraph training screen. 

After running CISsetup, there will be a “Cybernetic Interface System” folder on the Programs bar.  The CIS folder contains links to some important utilities and documentation.
